Try Kitchen Princess. It was a pretty good. I hope I helped you!
You get a lot of those in:
-Popular ones like DB (all of it) and Naruto (both of it).
-Culinary anime like Mr. Ajikko, Yakitate! Japan, and Chuka Ichiban.
-Anime with terribly poor characters like Remi (girl or boy) and Princess Sarah. If you want to see miserably hungry characters, take this route.

I am very sorry, but I really don't know why you want to find animes with hungry people with hungry voices from their stomach. I know its none of my business, but could u explain if possible?

Action animes in general have anime characters that gets hungry after fighting. >.>;; But it's impossible to remember all episodes, scenes, minutes and seconds into the episode by head and heart.
Just check out Dragonball. Little Goku is always hungry in those.

Well then I suggest you watch Koihime Musou. That show has a lot of girls in it, and I bet there are stomach noises somewhere in there.

In that order sorry I will, I know all about db and dbz but they mostly have male only, I know that but they're are way too many animes and It would take forever to find what I'm looking for without guidance and what difference does it make
All things considered, girls with stomach noises are still pretty much in the safe zone as far as fetishes are concerned. I think it's a little cute myself. Or maybe I'm taking this the wrong way.
Minamike might have had a scene or two. Certainly there are hungry girls in it, but I can't be sure about the stomach noises.
Out of the most recent anime, Skip Beat! definitely had a scene where the heroine's stomach rumbled out of hunger, but I can't remember which episode.

Their are a couple episodes in the MY-Hime series.
The one I remember most is close to the end of the last episode but I think their are a few more in there.
