One song that has inspired/motivated you...

Has their ever been one song you have listened to that has inspired you or has motivated you to do better in life? Or do something you never thought of until you heard that song?

The one song I found that inspired me was: You're Gonna Go Far Kid by The Offspring. When I listened to that song, I guess I got more things done and it inspired me to write more. I haven't written in a while so it was a big booster for motivation.

The live version of "Because the Night" from Bruce Springsteen inspired me to want to take up piano more seriously that what I had been doing; Roy adds so much flare and brilliant composition changes from what was "originally there." I say that because the original studio version of BtN never made a CD cut, so the only studio version fans have is Patti Smith's one that became a hit for her, haha. But nonetheless, key word is "inspired." I have yet to act up on it. I'll eventually take it entirely to heart, but I would love to learn to play that well.

Eternal Snow by myco. I've listened to it since I turned 12 and it has changed a lot of views I've had on people. I'm not the type who'd usually like J-pop, unless it's Kaya.

The other is the acoustic version of Life is Beautiful by sixx A.M. I listened to that recently and dropped everything in my hands and just stared on blankly. It's so beautiful, like the original version. It's motivated me to write differently and my English is well above most of my classmates. Hell, I got a 100% on a essay (and I can't WRITE essays) worth 50% of my mark..

I've heard of a new song recently and it's called "おかえり" by 絢香, it's the ending song of the Japanese drama 絶対彼氏. I like this song and it inspires me especially when I'm out of energy, her voice is very beautiful, unlike most of the female Japanese singers that always sing with the most childish voices. But that song is beautiful, and the melody along with her voice does inspire me, and I like the lyrics too <3 It gives me energy =]

"just believe in yourself" , whenever i used to hear this song , i just felt happy and cheerful , though that has not affected my real life , its going the same , but what matters is when i hear this song , i forget my tension , it inspires me to be happy , it inspires me to not to give up , even if its for a small period of time it doesnt matter , at least a song is doing something which the people around me cant do , i think thats all that matters.
