Everyone from the English Dub version of One Piece. -They really destroyed a good anime.

Yamcha (DBZ)- He didn't even do anything after Dragonball.

Tiga (Fate/Stay Night)- Really annoying.

I didn't read through every single post, but Kazuki Tachibana (Jin's friend) from Dragonaut - The Resonance. He was THE SINGLE MOST Annoying character ever in my opinion.
