The Best Romantic gift...

Hello, I need an advice...but I also thought this could make a good topic...

The question is...what's the best gift to give someone you love/like? etc...

I already decide to give flowers to a girl, the thing is I don't which kind of flowers she would like, I want to stay out of the red roses, although they are very nice and have a very good reputation haha, they arent very original...I don't know which kind she likes and I dont want to spoiled the surprise, and I cant figure it out her favorites. So please I would love to hear some advices in which kind of flowers to give her!

Also.....not too expensive......If you saw the topic about the financial situation...you know that I'm totally broke haha I'll exchange days with food in the fridge... for this gift hahaha

i say that a picture of you two together is very romantic gift..or you could make her dinner,nothing that she would hate or burn down a house. and flowers are evil because she could be allergtic to some.

Well when i gave flowers to the girl i wanted she liked evil and twisted stuff....

And i though maybe black roses but then I came up with black whithered roses in a vase that I customed painted but that was me....(and it was awesome)

So i guess make some kind of alteration to the flowers so it seems original and she will keep them forever and she will love you forever....

If she has friends, you could ask them what kind of flowers she likes--although they may not be able to keep a surprise and may run off and tell her what you're up to...so maybe that's not the best idea. =( Maybe a bouquet of a random assortment of flowers?

Another suggestion: if you know how to cook, you could always make something for her--something sweet, like a pan of brownies. Or if you're feeling lazy/don't know how to whip up a batch, go off and buy some~! It doesn't have to be brownies, though...it could be, uhh...fudge, or pie, or cake, candy, etc--whatever her favorite is (if you know).



As for my sweet heart...I'd cook him something special, and MAKE HIM EAT IT.

It really depends on what the person likes.
Like...My bf wouldn't be too enthusiastic about flowers, candies, or mushy stuff like that, I think... He'd be more into something like...scented candles, chainmail, incense, stuff like that.
As for me, I'd be so satisfied with chocolates [because I am a chocolate lover.], and sweets! xD
I'd also like a small little dinner-date. *sighs dreamily*

To me, the best romantic gift is never costly. It doesn't even need money. You just need to proclaim your love(eccentrically or not) for the person you cherish and give a kiss, if needed.

It would really depend on what type of girl one is recieving the gift for. Some girls, if you bought them a romantic novel, would hug you, praise you, and love you more..whereas some girls would laugh in your face and think it a joke. Some girls like stuffed animals, some simply do not.

Therefore my answer to your question is; I do not know (or; it depends).

If you could give us a little more info on her; what she likes, how she dresses, or maybe some of her hobbies we could probably help you better. Not all gifts work for everyone :/

Personally, I like dark cute things so I would want something like a black rose, or a Skellanimals plushie (If anyone ever buys me one of those, I'd love them forever XD) but that's just me. A lot of girls would hate that sorta thing so it really depends on who you're trying to impress o.o

Well a very good idea would be a ring, another good side gift would be flowers and some chocolate. It depends on the girl but also some girls appreciate the love you put into the gift, not meaning if it is cheap or expensive, also a good idea is to ask her friends and gain some info from that.

Ok something about her...shes a little like you Kitsune...she like that kind of stuff..and shes like very sweet and original stuff also she like a lot like...classic romantic stuff...but the thing why we like each other is because we both like things to be like with a lot of thinking...I dont know how to explain it...like...things with meaning you know...like I could give her a hand drawing or stuff like that...

I got BuLmA a dozen hot pink roses (red is just too cliche, although down the road I may simply because red roses are pretty nice) and a personalized card that was in the middle of them.

What I would like a guy to do is to put some surprises into the confession. I'm really hard to get, but my fiance did something that got me accepted him. First thing he did was a treasure hunt. Here, put some hints #1-7 or more, make the girl to find clues in order, and have her find a beautiful gift that represent what you want from her, and how much you need her. Another way is to get some random little cute girls to deliver a fabulous gift to her. These are all base on my experience, but I still think it is cute.

It's not a burden to be more creative, or spent more money on gift. Once you get her acceptance, you'd be really really happy, because you give out something for what you desire.

It really depends on the woman, like I said. Protip: don't get me flowers. I won't know what to do with them. The most romantic gifts, in general, are not something that apply to everyone. It should be personal between the two of you, so that she knows you put a lot of thought into it.

But if you're going with flowers, may I suggest finding out what her favorite flower is. Not every girl appreciates roses. And if possible, get a mix bouquet, those seem to go over better than straight out roses.

Now, we all know I'm not a romantic person. It's probably the LAST thing you'd see me do, however I DO have an opinion on it. With what Capernicus and Princess Minako said, something meaningful but also FUN. Honestly, why sit there and go "I love you more" "No, I do."

PFF, do something fun. Like...scare children if you both enjoy it. Watch a movie you both like OR beat the living crap out of each other. SOmething to add that hint of love AND fun into it.

Get her flowers if you know she likes flowers. I like getting flowers as a random gift. My boyfriend buys me them to cheer me up.
