Who's played Persona 3 or Persona 3: Fes? I havent beaten it yet but I'm at the boss with the roulette thing. Fortune and I donno what the other is. *shrug* Cant beat that darn boss... ><; I keep messing up with the roulette wheel and dying.. ;_;

I've played Persona 3 a little at my friends house. I don't own it, but I want to buy it, I'm just afraid it will distract me too much from schoolwork.

I really like the art style, and from what I did play it seemed like a pretty solid game.

The game is so-so.

It all really depends on your taste in Dungeon Crawlers.
Plus Side: Lots of levels to crawl. Lots of characters to level up.
Decent Storyline.

Downside.
Very little freedom and your choices quickly become moot.
Schedule Driven. Think Valkyrie Profile or Harvest Moon.
It's a real life simulator..So why not be outside actually doing these thing?

Personally, I put the game down when the main character starts STUDYING. I figured, hell. I should be studying and going out to sing in the Karaoke Bar... Not playing a videogame about doing those things.

But whatever, it's your coin in the end.

I liked it, I never played FES since it was never released in europe.
the art style is really good and I like the whole making friend links thing.

although damn japan for putting the UK at the bottom of the pile.

Few people appreciate games like this...

Persona 3: FES is a good game made by Atlus, it is addicting I can say.
The only con in this game is after hours of playing, it will feel quite repetitive.
The good part in this game is its entertaining ambiance, I never stopped laughing when there's cutscenes where Junpei's on it.

The only thing that will keep you playing here is it's good gameplay and funny-yet-decent storyline.
Oh yeah, don't forget the part where you shoot your head to summon your persona, hihi ^_^

What I liked about the game was the Social Links (but battling against personal skills wasn't too much fun) and the very awesome looking persona cards <3

Bad thing was there was no complete control over the characters, so they may be doing some crappy stuff on free will :/

I've beaten Persona 3 Fes but just the "journey" part , as for the "answer" part i didnt really feel like starting all over again so i really didn't get into that part , but i've been playin Persona 4 it's a little different from the recent Persona but it's cool and fun to play if your a fan of the series.

I love FES. The moment I heard it was coming here I preordered it. $30 for the same game plus all of that additional content was super awesome of Atlus to bring over.

FES was all I was playing until P4 came out, haha!

That should help you. The major notation is the addition of a more befitting ending for P3 instead of an open ended statement that originally happened.

Well, i played the original P3 and then got a copy of FES and went straight to "the answer" I kinda like the idea that Aigis is now the main character. I played "the journey" a bit before I got a copy of P4. The answer really is what it is "the answer". That part answers a lo of questions about "the journey." and uhh...metis ...sure is hot! hehe

P4 is a heck of a lot better than P3. The gameplay allows the player to control the party members. The dungeons have a lot more detail as well.
I solved the case and got the true ending. There are lots so watch out!
