Who is (are) Your Fav AF Sig/Ava Artist?

Okay, I'm making this thread because I personally believe that the artists don't get enough of recognition. I know that there is a special forum to showcase their work but still, I just feel that it isn't enough. Lol, maybe I'm too ecstatic about it but they just amaze me so much with their work.

Anyways, whose art of sigs/avas are you drawn to?
I love all their work, but I really love Marudashi, Mira Kaiba, Karuto, ~*Clawdia*~, and many others.

Myself. 99% of all avatars/signatures are duller than a marshmellow. It's some random Anime picture in some fancy frame. No dark humor. No mind melting optical illusions. How could that ever compare that to masterpieces like

Awh I'm surprised I'm even on that list xD I haven't made anything in ages due to FlyFF. Thanks, it's sweet. I need to get back into the swing of Photoshop.

EDIT: I should probably mention anything I've made is on Digital Tochi x_X; So anyone active this past year might now even know who I am.

I really admire a lot of the work that's been popping up lately. Maru's a old favorite, since she makes the most difficult techniques look so clean and simple. I also like Xero's work because he's not pinned down by typical styles. He knows what he's doing but he does it his way. That's really awesome.

Big pat on the back to frequent contributers to SotW. I always enjoy watching the artists improve by the week.

I don't really have a preference as far as sig artists go. I make my own. Well, I don't really make them. I usually just put my name on a pic. The most work I ever do is when I remove the entire background and make the background one color.

First time I ever used an internet used acronym on a forum ever.
Can't believe someone actually made this kind of thread.

You missed a lot of people, such as Unli, Jagan Eye, Trey, Kurotan and whatnot.
But whatever.

I can't say I have an absolute favorite, because they all have their styles and sometimes, they create something decent, and sometimes, meh average.

All signatures are never dull in my opinion, because they all show a different kind of style and uniqueness in all of them. Of course, the beginner signatures are somewhat dull, but it's funny because sometimes, they are inspirational at the same time. Don't ask why.

And besides, if we have dark humor, or mind melting optical illusions, we'd be making troll bait.

She's just named a few of the gfx-ers from a year or two ago that aren't so much recognized anymore, so some of the newer members aren't mentioned. I'm sure it's not on purpose. Well that, and there's just way too many talented people to be listed in one poll. My old friends Trinity Muse, .Alumina (chibi fire angel) or even Wonderwice are great artists as well but haven't openly promoted their work here in a while. Just thought I'd mention them out of respect.

Haven't seen thorn in ages. Does Warcraft still got the guy in it's grips?

I like the works of Mira Kiba, Konata Izumi, and MaruDashi most. There are a lot of other great graphic artists here too, but I just happen to be more drawn to their works, especially Konata's. She seems to be able to blend different colors really well and even make sigs/avas with monochromatic color schemes look great. I like the smaller icons she makes too. ^^;

Gandizzl, Trinity Muse (come back ;___;), Unli and dotz (?). Their styles are amazing, and they're the only ones I feel like I could fangirl over. Edit: OH and I love Taikyo's stuff too.
