i saw this anime character on this website,if anyone knows,plz tell me who is this and from what series?
It's been asked before, and though I don't quite remember the answer, he's a character from a hentai game or something of that sort.

That character is not from D.N.Angel. Daisuke is a little kid, and his alter-ego has long hair and wings. The second image linked looks like a signature from a forum with the user's name added onto the middle.Originally Posted by Broly3k8

Personally, I disagree, not to say you are an idiot or anything. First, the art style is entirely different. Second, the eyes of Daisuke from D.N. Angel are reddish brown, while the eyes of the character in the picture given are green. And third, like Xero XIII said, Daisuke is drawn as a child (the eyes are larger, the features drawn more close together), while the mystery character in question is portrayed as significantly more older. In case you are not convinced, I posted a picture of Daisuke I took from the link you provided, below. They are obviously entirely different characters.
It is possible that the person who made the above signature similarily mistook the character in the original picture as Daisuke from D.N. Angel.
That said, this has had me wondering as well. At first I thought it was a character from Weiss Kreuz, but again the eyes don't match.

That is fan art. That picture has been up everywhere, and it's been decided that it's fan art. Many think it's from a game called "Silver Chaos" (which is a yaoi game), but I don't even recall a character like that in the game.

Well i say its just diasuke without the wings and what not..in his sexy thief form... I really do think it looks like the thief forum without all the other stuff on him.. I know its a fan art, but cant that just mean that the person changed a couple colors and added or subtracted stuff? Really it does just look like its base character was Diasuke. But hey i might be wrong as well.. Sorry for lashing out.. i just thought i had something rite and was mad cause id been told i was wrong.

Daisuke's thief form is Dark, and Dark looks like this:
Hair is too long, the wrong color, eyes are the wrong color, and he doesn't have a headband.

well thanks for paying attention,i was hoping someone might know it,its up there all the time you know!i just wanted to check out if he was in some great anime series,but if thats a fanart...thanks anyway!but im still hoping someone would know!
No, it's not Daisuke from D.N. Angel, anyone who reads the manga/watches the anime can tell it's not him, and if it is then it's a fan art. But I'm like 99% sure it's a CG from a game, hentai or sim, I don't really care.
The second picture looks like a manga image of something made by Kaori Yuki.
