Your first game.

What was the first video game you bought? Or the one that got you into the whole gaming scene?

Mine was Pokemon Blue. I can remember wanting the game so much! Then finally being able to play out my own pokemon adventure :] I was around um... six years old?

Super Mario World on the Super Nintendo. It was my first game and first game console. Got it for Christmas when I was 5.

My first game was Sonic The Hedgehog. It came with my Sega Genesis that I got one Christmas.

My brother had a Nintendo with Super Mario Bros. and a few other games, prior to that. But I think Sonic and Sega really brought me in to the gaming world.

My first game was Dr Mario on the Gameboy. I got it for my birthday in a bundle along with the system (transparent casing~).

I don't really remember the first game I bought. It's been years. I think it's that Michael Jackson game for Sega. Because that's the only game I remember playing on Sega. o_o And Sega was my first game system I bought. Then I got Playstation and the first game I played on that was Crash Bandicoot 2. And that got me into gaming. Fun times.

my first game lol.. well it was many many years ago and i was just a young lad.. my dad brought out this old dusty box and a bunch of smaller box like things that apparently went inside the thing... he hooked everything up to the tv and turned it on... 0_0 with eyes wide open i was amazed i saw my first video game, my dad was playing Mike Tysons punch out and oh i wanted to grab that Nintendo controller so bad, i wanted to play soooo bad.. and as my dad got to the last guy, Mike Tyson, he lost lol... what happened next is a thing of legend!!!! i picked up the controller and started playing and after that i found even more games like mario, Gyromite, Mario 2 and many many more...
the very next day we got a Super nintendo with one of those Huge Arcade board controllers with the joystick and stuff... i remember getting Super mario world, Mortal Kombat, Double Dragons, Super Street Fighter 2 turbo and i think thats it...

I have two older brothers (one is 10 years older than I am) , so when I was young, I can't remember what age, they bought an NES and a Genesis. The first game I remember playing is Super Mario for the NES, and the games that I know really got me into gaming are Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles, I was amazed at how you could connect them so you could use Knucles in Sonic 3.

Two thing that always bugged me when I was little were how did Knuckles glide an how did Tails fly, it never made sense to me, but a heghog running at super speed I never questioned.

The first game console in which I posessed was the Sega Mega Drive.
I think it was the Streets of Rage and Golden Axe games if I recall.

My mother had already had a SNES for a long time but they first time I played was when i was about four she taught me all the controls and everything. My first games were Super Mario World and Donkey kong...

Super Mario Bros (NES). I used to watch when my mother played video games when I was a kid ^^ when I got a little older I tried to play a couple of times, didn't take very long time for me to love Nintendo xD
