What if there's no OP sequence to the song requested? (I.E. Diabolik Lovers & Vampire Knight, whose full songs were not in the anime) Sure I can post the video with the original opening, but that's TV Size and I'd rather still have the lyrics to the longer version. What about that? /gen

Anime: The non-credits version, no fansub subtitles, around 1:30 in length opening or ending sequence. I won't accept full-length MADs/AMVs. Non-credits version of sequences often come with anime DVDs as an extra feature. If there's no non-credit version in existence I'll accept a clean (no edits, nothing extra) sequence.

This is what I will stick with. I have no reason to go against the criteria AzureDark has provided here (creditless and TV-sized)
