well today (and like everyday) i took all 5 of muh *****ues (my dogz) on a walk that harsh man and lifted some weights and was forced GARR! to move heavy furniture.....then took a nap with all 5 dogs on the couch....tell me thats not hard to do....
I don't exercise. Never did. Don't see why I need to. I don't get fat. o: Or maybe I'm just too lazy. I walk to college a lot everyday, though. Does that count?

I have decided after being a twig for a year that I now want to be more fit. So 5 days a week I'll be exercising for an hour doing an assortment of activities.

I have never need to exercise, seeing I am so underweight [I weigh 105 lbs right now]I almost went to rehab >.>
Anywho, I do exercise to keep in shape at the moment, I mainly do exercise relating to tennis, that way I will remain on varsity team, I decided to drop track and cross country.
lol we almost have the same BMI. Umm there are a lot of skinny looking people who have a lot of internal fat. For this reason it is still a good idea to exercise. I would like to think my heart and lungs are capable for whatever task is thrown at them [say endurance stuff]

I go swimming a lot in my pool. That counts for exercise.

But I'll warn you, they aren't for the light hearted.
I takes determination and self control to devote yourself to something.
I have an environment where people are very devoted and striving for what they want in life. It would be nice to be surrounded by people who are motivated so you can be inspired by them and do the same. It's like feeding off one anothers energy since going through a situation alone isn't always fun.

Oh man, I started going back to the YMCA when the new Nautilus machines came in and ever since I started strength training again, I've gotten a bit bulkier -_-' I'm considerably, and noticably larger around my chest, shoulders and upper back >.> This is not helping the 'ol Cam!! -.-' I maybe stronger, but bulky mass is not what I aimed for T_T It must either be the protein drinks or the heavy weights, either way, I need to cut back on that and still maintain some cardio and some flexibility I don't like carrying that extra weight with me on the treadmel, and muscle weight is just as worse as fat weight when jogging T.T(I experiment, so...yeah ).

Well personally I prefer muscle rather then flab while jogging. It's not such a nice feeling to feel flab bounce up and down. Extra weight is good from muscle because muscle challenges you more. I recently started to like jogging and I gained like 4 lbs -_- But then I realized it must be my muscles developing since my legs get a REAl work out. I don't know if you can really do anything about being bulkier. Maybe it's just the way you are built?

I haven't engaged in anything more strenuous than climbing a flight of stairs since I graduated from high school. Which would be about... 2 years ago. And even that makes me lose my breath. I think I need to quite smoking.
The last time I checked I weighed about 52 kg (or 115 pounds, give or take).

I spend about an hour each day walking to/from work.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.
I exercise 5-6 times a week. I am a personal trainer so it's my job. I would exercise more but the girlfriend isn't too happy with that and feels jealous.

Today I went on the excercise bike and did some running. Including some netball..
I do light weighttraining every few days and try to do pushups/situps every 2 days.
I wanna start wu shu kwan but there's no club near me which is a pain
