Kyuzo's Death

I've watched Samurai 7 a long, long time ago and recently, I heard its ending theme and all I could think of was Kyuzo's unfateful death. I almost cried as I listened to it. My heart ached when I thought of how unjustified his death was. I really hate Katsushiro for it. Do you people feel the same about Kyuzo's death? And don't you think that Katsushiro's to be blamed and killed for all this?

A spoiler is a spoiler, don't try to sugarcoat it. Some people haven't seen Samurai 7 yet, might do so someday, and now a major story part is spoiled for them. Thread titles should not contain spoilers, NO EXCEPTIONS.
