So who is that supreme *** kicker of truth, the #1 gangster of justice, it can be a boy or girl, good or bad. Just so long as it is a character that makes you say "damn!!" at least once when your playing the game.

I'm not nominating this guy because of his attitude; in fact, he's not a might-makes-right hero by any means. However, due to the fact that I used him to absolutely pwn some of the most vicious enemies in the Resident Evil series, coupled with the fact that many say his confidence made the game anything but scary, I nominate: Leon Scott Kennedy of Resdient Evil 4.
