Banned?

I'm being told that I've been banned from chat, but I don't think I've broken any rules. Could someone help me understand why, or what rule I broke?

It has happened to me too. Your ban should go away in a couple of hours.
I still wonder why our warn level never goes down, well at least mine. Every time I check it says my warn level is 8 and I only play blackjack.
Those chat bots are whack!

if u cussed in any way, shape, or form (such at om"f"g or wtf) then you could be banned and also if u flood, use to many smileys, to many caps, or use a letter to many times in a row. even punctuations marks in a row can get u banned, ive been banned for all of them, lol

So it's considered flooding if you are private messaging Shikamaru to play blackjack? Cause I just got banned for that and I only played for 5 minutes...
