how do you cope with stress?

Hmmm, actually having stress is avoidable. I just stay optimistic and be happy with life, take my vitamins and won't allow myself to get sick^^
And to avoid it..i schedule things up...I don't like stress.

the main thing i do to cope with stress is just lock myself in my room and play video games, it takes my mind off of everything
