I am curious how long you draw already, it looks really nice.

It is fun to see that i use photoshop already for 6 years now, but i cant colour at all, because i suck at anatomy and dont get where i have to colour what, but if you need any tips related to photoshop i can help even, just dont ask where to share or light :P

Thanks. Though..when I don't draw for a couple of days...my drawing hand gets a bit stiff....

So after a few days of warming up, and the right songs to listen to, I've came down to my final result of what I'll actually use as a layout image...XD

Finished that WIP...;A; Well, at least I'm done with the videos too.

For the curious, both were done on Open Canvas, then the Summer one was colored on Photoshop CS3.

I must say, I'm speechless. These are AMAZING. You have really come a long ways. I especially like the beach one done on PS CS3. Before long, you'll be rocking the manga world, lol. Have you thought about doing a manga? If ya do, I get first read, right? As for the projects, I'm sure'll you'll do fine. You have never been a quitter, and you've always made the grade. Just pace yourself, and don't push yourself too hard. Even artists need to take a break once in awhile.

lol, practicing is the only thing I do to make sure my hand doesn't rust...and to get better. Studying online and reading books about anatomy is also a good idea to get better.

What are the drawbacks to the tablet and the positives? (well other than you said it was giving you some probs lately) I have been looking into getting one.

Well, if you dun take care of it very well, like what I did, it'll act this way. But other than that, it'll last pretty long. You do have to do a once in awhile pen nib change, but thats pretty easy.

If you're buying a tablet, it's your choice on whether you're gonna buy the big and expensive one, or go with the one I got. It's all in the pressure sensitivity and the drawing area. Graphires' sensitivity is roughly 512, same goes with Bamboo Fun. Also the very expensive Cintique....(which is kind of sad really)
The lovely Inuos series has the higher pressure sensitivity than the others. Intuos 3 is 1024 and the brand new Intuos 4 is 2048..<3 Besides the pressure, it also has a big drawing area.

Sadly, the better the tablet, the more expensive it is. Graphires cost roughly $100, I think bamboo fun is the same. Cintique is $1000 (because you're drawing like directly on the picture + big drawing area) and the lovely Intuos is $200-$300. Whichever your budget and choice is, choose wisely..XD 'Cos I just got my tablet last year..and I'll be getting an Intuos this year (hopefully Intuos 4).

Anyways, I'm still alive..bought a new tablet..not the one I wanted, but I'll prolly get another next year...and this time it'll be the one I want..XD
