Guilty Gears?

What is your opinion on guilty gears,I personally think guilty gears is one of the greatest fighting game ever,what is your opinion.

Indeed. I agree, absolutely.
Most definetly the greatest 2D fighting game ever made, with multiple references to rock bands, mostly Queen.

It comes under Dead or Alive 4 for me but is my second favourite fighting franchise ever! I adore it and I think it has an awesome OST.

People are always raving about how Guilty Gear is the best because it has high-res graphics and is anime style and is so cute and so cool, etcetera etcetera. But I like it for its mechanics and fluidity of its character movements. I find that SNK and Capcom have very blocky movements, and while I enjoy King of Fighters, Street Fighter and similar I like Guilty Gear better because of its speed and fluidity.

I just thought that Guilty Gear was more complex. Also it was one of the first 2D fighting games..no..fighting games full stop, that I got into and really liked.

I also love the fast-paced action, the music, the cast, the voice-acting, and the story itself. There was a lot more things you could do too, their were tonnes of special attacks, the air-time was amazing, you could get an extremely high combo count and so on. I generally fell in love with Guilty Gear.

I used to be really excited over Guilty Gears. The biggest problem with it is that with every little fix they create for the game, they manage to open up a new range of exploits.

I'll stress that I really did like it when it first started, and with the exception of the introduction of ABBA, I don't think I'll ever play it again; Unless that is. 1. They actually come up with a storyline deeper than "Hey, I'm bored. Wanna fight?" 2. They manage to make updates to the game without making one character totally abusive. First RoboKy, then Potemeken, who's next ? Giving Bridget an invincible infinite combo because Roger skips frames?

Ugh.

Yeah, I play fighting games for their story too. lol But seriously, I don't know about frames and whatnot (I don't play competitively) but I have noticed it's really easy to win in arcade mode by spamming some moves, like Faust's balance-on-my-scalpel-and-hit-you-with-myself move. I think it's < < when on the pole.

I-No is impossible! That's why they gave her that name, because in beta people were like "she's impossible!" and everyone would be like "ugh, I know!"

I love it and loath it. I played it a bunch with my friends who could easily wipe the floor with my face any day of the week. But even then I love it for how challenging it is. When I get my next PSP im getting the game again and playing against by buddy a lot.

Extremely tough!..but not unbeatable! I beat her first with May, which is why I use and love her loads. Then a couple of months later beat her with Bridget and Ky. Then even with Axl Low. She was still a toughy though. Impossible when using Baiken though I have to say.
