I do like the Next Gen series. I think it was either season one or season two were that chick died, it was kinda sad. I like Gordy (Black guy with "glases") Warf (Klingon) and Data (Cyborg) Data is funny to me

If you're talking about Lieutenant Natasha Yar, she died in season one. Geordi La Forge, not "Gordy". Worf, not "Warf". And Data's an android, not a cyborg.

I don't really get the whole Star Trek vs. Star Wars thing either. Before my time, I guess. :P At this point, they're both classic sci-fi so that makes them both great as far as I'm concerned.

I mentioned earlier not having seen many episodes...but since then I obtained some old VHS tapes with every single episode from the four main series, with a few Enterprise episodes thrown in as well. Now I can see all the things that the books talked about. (What kind of weird backwards geek am I? XD)

I didnt mind it never was a fan, but I can watch it enjoyably now and then... Was more into Later Seasons though, any rate never watched much.

I'm old-school so I like to use the term Trekkie.
I've watched every series from Star Trek, to TNG, to DS9, to Voyager and Enterprise.
I've seen all the films and still have the first 4 on VHS.
Unfortunately, all my VHS copies of TNG have long since died. T_T
Ah, well, someday I'll get them on DVD or whatever the newest thing is when I have time and money to spend on it again.

Yep, yep, this is me! I mostly like TOS with Kirk, though TNG and DS9 were good. I loved the people in Voyager, but the acting and plot left a lot to be desired, and the new Enterprise with Archer just kind of died a miserable death...yeah.

But the old ones were awesome. The acting was great, especially TOS and TNG. Too bad that William Shatner can't act anymore, so the newer movies are a bit sad. But overall, the series is awesome - I watch reruns all the time! ^^

It was not an episode. it was the movie, Star Trek: First Contact. that's where the Borg queen grafted real skin on his arm, AND part of his face.

Hm, you're right. I think I was mixing it up with that episode where Lore has an emotion chip and controlled a rogue Borg collective. But, my point remains in that he was a cyborg.
