Not able to submit

So I figured I would ask here since I have yet to receive a response via E-mail after several days.

I'm trying to submit a wallpaper, but for some reason I get an error every time I try that says the file did not upload properly.

Is it just me? Maybe I'm over some sort of limit I don't know about.
The wallpaper I want to submit is 1680x1050 and 2.59MB.

Try saving it on lower quality, generally walls shouldn't exceed 1.5 meg or so.

yes...2/5 MB is too big.use save for web option if ur using photoshop.and set the quality on 70..that should do it

Goodness! You tried to submit a 2MB file?? Try using the "save for web" feature in photoshop. I think it's under the file menu or edit menu. Save it with a quality factor of about 75-85 and blur to about 0.11... that should do it ^^

And yeah blur or just re-save it and FYI
people use dial up but i'm not one of them...

Just don't blur it! Use save for the web and set the quality slider inbetween 60 and 80, whatever looks good.

yes..I agree,why do u need to blure when setting the quality on 70 or 80 will do the job??

I honestly didn't think that 2.5MB was that big considering the resolution. I saved it again and lowered the quality down to 8. It ended up being 1.18MB and submitted fine.
