Me squatting 300 pounds. i am not going to show the actual picture of me squatting. aka i have a spotter behind me while doing it that looks way way to gay.

Yes, yes I do. I would take some, but I cut my hair short a while back and decided I don't like it. Waiting for it to grow out before I take some again.

You see those bars around your shin area? They are meant to be the safety bars in case you pass our or something, you are suppose to squat with the bar above that.

Don't mean to tell you how it's done, but working at a gym you see all nasty crap go down.

yeah i know that dude. I'm not just showing a pick of me holding 300 pounds, i actually squatted it. I just don't want to show the pic of me squatting it because i had a spotter behind me which looks really gay.
