When I first transliterated and translated the song, I failed to notice that a particular line had accidentally been replaced by a copy of a different line, which itself had occurred in a similar phrase earlier in the song. (Except for that particular line, the phrases are otherwise identical, which is why I missed it.)

The second-to-last phrase, what is there currently is:

when it should actually be:

解き放て　Your precious soul

気づいたなら　Try & Try
くじけたりしない

Transliterated, the phrase reads:

tokihanate Your precious soul
shinjiru tsuyosa ni
kidzuita nara Try & Try
kujiketarishinai

and is translated into English as:

Release it, your precious soul
If you become aware
In the strength that believes, try & try
It will never be broken
