Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
Well, I have a curse of always being tired, even though I sleep 'all' the time!! I sleep all the time because I suddenly feel tired, then I get up and feel tired still because I just got up. Then I start napping again. It might be all the exercise and walking that I do but I'm not sure. Basically I feel drowzy almost every moment of my life.
If their is a Name for this Eternal Sleepy Syndrome thingy then that's me shocked. XD

Try this: Eat more fiber-rich foods and avoid sweet stuff. Eating not enough fibers and too much sugar will wreck havoc with your blood sugar, and make you unexplainable tired as it crashes. Problem is that many people think "I'm tired, so I must have energy, so I'll just down me a coke," only that will send your sugar levels into the roof, and just as fast, they will plummet, leaving you more tired than you started out.
If that doesn't work, see a doctor.

Okay, Thankyou very much. Although I hardly have any Sugared Foods whatsoever. The closest thing to containing vast amounts of Sugar that I have is Dr Pepper.........I see. Maybe I should quit with the huge amounts of Dr Pepper. I do drink a lot of Apple and Orange Juice too though.
Anyway, I shall take your advice into account for the future. I appreciate it. Eris.

Dr Pepper is probably your villain then. Soda enters the bloodstream notoriously fast. Juice is probably okay in reasonable quantities as long as you eat something to go with it. In general, snacking between meals is bad for you blood sugar stability, and if you do feel hungry, eat a fruit or something (they have fibers in them that makes absorption slower).
It'll probably take a few days to adjust your meals so that you don't get hungry in between them, but then it should ease up.

Okay, so less snacks, less Dr Pepper, and eat something small and rich in fibre whilst drinking something.

I'd say "arrogance" for the lols. However, I do have patella femural syndrome and a heart defect (VSD-ventricular septal defect).
That's the basic idea. If you're conscious about it, you'll figure out pretty quickly what works and what doesn't. Naturally, you don't have to live and die by this, but knowing about it, and having it in the back of your head, you can easily tweak for yourself according to how well want and need to perform mentally.

I'm an insomniac... o.o can't remember the last time I've had a good night's sleep, and I always feel tired during the day. Can that really be called a disability? Disability to sleep maybe?
