I'm rollin' a 2000 Toyota Celica GT
Import cars are my favorite, there's not really any American car that strikes me as sexy quite like what Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi put out. Except maybe the Chevrolet Cobalt :O

New Country, new life. Living it one day at a time. Beer and food are where my heart is.
I don't drive. I walk where I need to go. If the weather is terrible or it's more than 5 km away, I take the bus.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
A 2003 ford focus.
I don't drive, but I'd love a remake of the old KITT.
What is this feeling of hopelessness, of sorrow and grief and yearning? I call it, without you.
First off I don't "drive". I more.... avoid objects at high speeds. I do it in a 99 Saturn SL2, DOHC, sedan. I know its small but 35 mph.... I cant beat it.

lol public transportation
The automobile is a symbol of my freedom, the day I take the bus is the day I my head asplodes
I'd rent a car or take a taxi before getting on public transportation with a bunch of low class citzens
Unless it is one of them luxury train cabinets then I wont mind

You have been fooled my friend, into paying for your freedom. And what the hell is your freedom worth, if it isn't free? Try walking, or riding a bicycle. It's the ultimate freedom, a hell of a lot freer than driving a car. There's no taxes, and it doesn't "liberate" your money from your wallet and into the pockets of OPEC either.

motorcycle is ultimate motorized freedom, and not to mention... customizing you 4 wheeled companion. and it is a companion when you stop and think of how much you relay on it.You have been fooled my friend, into paying for your freedom. A motorcycle is still taxed and does still send your precious earnings into the already full pockets of OPEC. It really doesn't remedy any of the flaws of the car. Freedom is not about speed, it's about actually being free. Which you can do just as well standing still.
Also, motorcycles are ridiculously dangerous. But who am I to complain. They're practically the number one source for spare organs. And that's a good thing, I guess.

I hate taxes
Don't they understand this? The more you tax people the less they'll have to spend, which means less income for all businesses, why tax people? Just have private companies provide the services instead of the government, and have them compete, competition brings down prices and improves the quality of the service. Those who can't afford, well too bad, better start looking for a better job.
depends on the vehicle, in GA an economy car like mine only has a $30 anual tag tax.
and bikes are fun 60+ miles to the gallon. and I live in the counrty, long rides are common, and people gather to ride together. similar concept to this anime forum.
I hate taxes
they do its a concept in macro economics. there is a point where you will tax a person to the point where they will no longer put in further work, because it will cost them more than they will gain. I cannot remember the name of this but I will find out when I go to class, and I will give you the graph.Don't they understand this? There's a lot of hidden taxes. Assume you buy 1 gallon of Norwegian oil. First money is deducted to pay wages to the people working at the platform. Part of this goes to taxes. Then people at the refinery also get wages, and part of this goes to taxes. Same goes for shipping the petrol to the US. Then there's petroleum export duty. More wages with taxes attached to 'em. Then there's the tax on actually purchasing the petrol.

I think General Zod can't afford an automobile, correct? But you gotta admit, a car that you own represents freedom enough. I mean, if you're not free simply because you have to cough up money, then purchasing food is denial of freedom.
Anyways, I bought a POS Buick Century 1990. I call him Phantom, after Phantom of the Opera because he's scarred on one side. Usually, though, I only drive to school and work. Since I don't have too much money for gas, I walk or ride my bike. But in the winter, I hardly go out.
face·less –adjective 2.lacking personal distinction or identity
I could probably afford a car. I just haven't felt the need to get one, or indeed, get a driver's license. Everything I need is so close, it's all just few minutes walk or bike ride away.
Food is not a symbol of freedom. If anything, buying food is an even worse symbol of freedom than cars. Images of a dog begging for food spring to mind when I think about grocery stores. Growing your own food could possibly symbolize independence.

I don't have my license yet, but when I do, I still won't get to drive, because my parents' car broke down 4 years ago, and I wouldn't want to drive it anyways, it was a dangerous car! It kept stalling in the middle of the road, and we had it repaired several dozen times! For a poor family like us, we spent over thousands of dollars on repairs, and we're still paying Expert Tire off today! The car was an Oldsmobile '86, and it costs us $1,000, good deal right?? Wrong! I know what you're thinking, "You're crazy for saying that!" No, if you've ever driven or been in this car, you'd know why it's much safer to ride a bicycle instead!
Oh, Hi-deeki, imagine... your kind not eating raw fish! ^_^
