Okay, all this talk about "the child's choice" is starting to piss me off.
Let me put it straight, blunt, and brutal: THE CHILD DOESN'T GET A CHOICE. Not only are many adults unable to make this decision, a fetus doesn't have the capacity to make the choice. So until you can bring me a mass of undifferentiated cells that have written me a letter saying otherwise, I say that the supposed "child's choice" is completely irrelevant.

Which brings me to my next point: religion has no place in debates about social issues. I'm sure if I applied my faith to my social beliefs, I'd be singing an entirely different tune, but fortunately, I recognize that at least my deities would want me to make an informed decision, not an asshatted one.

"Thou shalt not kill" is a false commandment, by the way. It was "Thou shalt not murder" - and I'd like to point out, since you don't seem to realize it, that they are not one and teh same. The death sentence is not murder; it is justice, a federally/stately mandated death, decided upon by a jury, which is usually altered into more humane ways of death. Vengeance may be murder, but the death sentence certainly is not.

You also would do well not to make comparisons of things you apparently do not comprehend. A person on death row has lost all of his rights, even to life; a fetus never had any.

ok guys this abortion thing can be seen in two ways.
Of course A LIFE IS A LIFE and you can't just kill someone just cuz you don't want him but we could see it in this way: What if you have a child and he is going to be the most destructive terrorist in the world and will kill many people. Wouldn't it be better if you make an abortion?
But in the other hand by making an abortion you could kill the man who could change the world and make it a better place.
So abortion has a good side and a bad side. At least that's how I see it.

Abortion is murder in my mind. How can you say collasping a baby's head in isn't murder? That doesn't make any sense to me. If you have a baby you weren't/aren't planning on, then have it and give it up for adoption. You might have a sense of regret but at least you won't have a life on your hands.

Do you know what they do to the baby? The baby is pulled apart limb by limb, very very slowly as to not to hurt the mother (to avoid lawsuites)... an excruciating painful death for the baby.

Um no. If I had a kid right now I would be disowned from my family and not in college, or enjoying my youth to its full extent.

So I'd be more alone with no support, no college degree to help me get a good enough job to feed myself and my child without having to break my back and having to find someone to look after it while I'm working, and forced to grow up faster than I really want to.

I want to be financially ready for a kid so I can be there for it as much as I can, and be able to adequately provide for its needs.

Having a kid would take a lot of my life right now because I'm simply not ready for it.

And NO Chimera. They vacuum the fetus out of the uterus into a veiled container that no one can see. (Taking Sano's suggestion here)

EDIT: actually, those pictures are hilarious! They've got to be some part of a joke, say comparing Hitler's Holocaust of a million dead Jews to America's Holocaust (though technically this doesn't make sense, because then for it to truely be a "Holocaust", every baby every conceived would have to be aborted... Leaving no children in the world... lolwut!?).. By the way, that "7 Weeks" picture was probably more like seven months. I'm fairly certain fetuses don't have long hair like that before they even have functioning organs.

I'm against abortion not just because your depriving an unborn child from attempting to have a life but because if you're stupid enough to get pregnant when your too young or are incapable then you deserve to have to have the baby. I can understand if it was conceived because of rape or if having the baby will kill you but really. Its ridiculous that so many teenage girls can get all knocked up and then just be like 'Oh, I'm gonna go get rid of it cause it was an accident.'
