Have you ever cried while watching anime?

I never have, and i've watched some pretty sad ones. Air, Elfen Lied, Strawberry Panic!, and many more. But just never cried. Maybe im just to macho? xD

Anyway have you ever cried? If so what anime?

I almost cried while reading Elfen Lied, not quite the same effect came from watching it. And if you haven't read the manga for Elfen Lied, DO SO! Its so much more worth it compared to the anime!
But otherwise, I've never cried while watching anime or reading manga either.

Hehe...I cried during that one too...n_ñ I cried at the part where the two Pikachu are fighting and one is slapping the other...

I also cried at Elfen Lied, Air, and DNAngel. I cried during DNAngel at the end. XD

Never cried, but have been close. If I get attached to a character and he or she dies...well that'll get me all misty.

For instance and without spoiling anything for those who haven't seen it, when a certain character died in FMA, I got rather teary and upset they killed my favorite character.

Then again I read all the Harry Potter books and almost cried during the last book a few times.

Oh, and even though I'm not a huge DBZ fan, I thought I got more teary eyes when Vegeta sacrificed himself to try and stop Boo. His talk to Picolo about where he might go was some pretty hard stuff. It was amazing to watch a guy who had always been trying to beat Goku finally realize what it took to really be strong.

I recently got DBZ season 3 and can't stop watching the scene where Vegeta dies. That got me teary because I felt for the guy too... He's like me(especially my childhood days), and I know what it's like to be in his position. Remember:"A heart of stone can't shed tears like you did, you must of been holding them back your whole life."

Yes, Haku was a tragic character. And at least it wasn't Naruto who ended his life.

Oh, yes, so sooo much, i find it easier to cry at stuff like anime than in real life problems...like when my grandfather died, i did not cry, but then when i watched some recent episodes of Naruto (cant say without spoiling) I cried like...like...a 6 year old with no teddy....i know why i cried at it, it was so touching...and well...i was trying to be strong for my mum, as she was upset because it was her father...so after the funeral, i came home (after the party thing =/) and went to my room, and watched Naruto...i was alone, and it was a sad sad story, so i cried *lol feels silly now***

And then i cry at stuff like...romance stories...i can relate to them alot, and i just find it sad, how hard a girl can try to get a guys attention....and then with Sakura in Naruto, it made me upset to see her <3 and then in shippuden, she was so strong, i almost cried at the fact she still hadnt givin up on Sasuke =]

And i also cried with Zabuzza and Haku <33

And much more in just the show alone >.<

And, andd, when Sasuke left >.< and sakura tried to stop him...

Nah, nothing lame about any of that. I find its much easier to show your emotions in private then it is to do it when there are people around. Ad if a grown man can get teary watching Naruto, then you certainly have nothing to be ashamed of lol
