What Is Cheated?

I just want to know what other people think cheating is. I realy have no Idea what cheating is. The only type of cheating I know is having sex with someone else besides your own partner.

Like earlier I was on Chat and by best friend started to role play with me. I told her that I could not do that role play because I was afraid that it would be cheating on my lover. she convenced me that if I played along it would not be chating since we are best friend. I am still leery about the whole cheating thing, thats why I will ask this one question. What is cheating to you?

Slipping/Tripping/Falling into someone else's bed, SOBER.

My boyfriend can talk to whoever he wants, be friends with whoever he wants, flirt with whoever he wants, but nothing more than that. I mean, I can understand if an accident happens (like if he was crap-faced drunk and got taken advantage of) but not more than once. ; )

In my opinion anything sexual related, wether it be sexual contact or sexual roleplay is considered as cheating to me.

It's as clear as day, mate! Think of it as a dictionary definition. You asked what cheating means to the other members, and I gave a few definitions of what I think cheating means.

Well what if your like me though. I don't realy know what cheating realy is? I know having sex other than your girl/guy is cheating.But is holding hands, kissing, being real close to that person, or rubbing on another classified as cheating?

See I have a true girlfriend now and I do not want to hurt her in any way.

to answer the idiots up their. You should know by now this is my second relationship. White_Dragoon told me all cheating was is just having sex with others. And she conveyed me that it is okay to role play in a friendly manner. I told her no because I felt it was wrong. So yea this is what I have learned so far.
1. Anything that is sexual related, weather it is sexual contact or roleplaying is consider cheating.
2.Armageddon and Dr.McDoom!: Reloaded Has no Earthly idea about me.
3.Holding hands, kissing, or rubbing on another is classified as cheating.

When you say role play, I assume you mean online, through the internet right? If so then I can see no harm in it as long as that is all it is - playing a game with another (who is also playing).
However such games if found out of context - especialy in a long distance relationship - can be taken to be serious - if I were you I would play it safe and not role play it out.
Or better yet - convince Ari_86 to join the role play!!

I agree with over watch..if you convince her to join...then technically it isnt cheating. Even though if its online role play that really dosn't count as cheating either. Cheating requires physical contact in my opinion.

How come the sexual roleplaying crap online does not count as cheating?
I know i would be devestated to find my girl having a sexual roleplay. That would indicate to me that she doesn't want me in my opinion.

I see role play as a game and not reality, thus what happens in it is not real
though I fully understand your point as well and see nothing wrong with it - just shows you to be very loyal -- it also shows that you really need to introduce Ari to the roleplay game as well

well, It mean it may not be right, but its not cheating. I understand that it would make you feel unwanted, but there was actually no physical contact sooo.....theres really nothing anyone can do about it , if someone breaks up over online role play then wow! They weren't mature enough for a relashionship in the first place.

In a long distance relationship situation, I can see how this would be a cause for some concern, but it would depend greatly on the context of the role play and the contact with the other person.
In a relationship where the people involved met every day (ok maybe not that much) then I would probably not think twice -- or join the role play and win back my love from the embrace of an evil hero (even if they are not all that evil )

honestly, if my bf, husband or whatever did some sex role play online it wouldn't make me question his loyalty as much as questioning myself in the efforts I go throught to please him. Obviously your girl is doing something right if you refuses to engage is online sexual role play. If it happened to me, i would'nt really be angry about it, but I would try to put in more efforts to please my significant other.
