Has anyone other than me heard of Rozen Maiden???

Because it sure does seem that way.

Rozen Maiden is basically an anime about a doll maker, Rozen, with the vision of a perfect girl, Alice. He kept on creating beautiful dolls, but none of them were Alice material. So he gave them all artificial spirits and created "The Alice Game," where all seven of the dolls would try to steal everyone elses artificial spirits, meet their father Rozen, and become Alice. It's mostly a Supernatural and Drama anime, but there's comedy in it. Not much romance at all, though.

I loved this anime (both seasons of it), hope they make a season 3!

At first I thought it was just going to be a lame doll anime aimed at children... I was wrong...

The dolls are locked in a battle to the death and the story gets quite dark toward the end of the second season. Not at all what I expected.

Yeah, lol, and I seemed to have gotten quite a few of my guy friends into it. XD I believe my sister found it for me. She's a fan of it, but likes to say "desu" now. So I sorta warded her away from the series so she wouldn't find something to randomly say to me all the frigging time. Yeah, she's like, 10. ^^' She's a fan of the manga-kas of the series and their other works.

I watched only the first season of Rozen Maiden,I'm going soon to watch Traumend and the Ova.Well,I liked the anime,it was so funny and I love that dolls especially Shinku,Souseiseki,HinaIchigo and I can say also about Suigintou but she was evil & I was sad and I almost cried when she died in the last episode,poor her.I can't wait to see the next series,I think it would be interesting and I hope too see Suigintou again and their Father,Rozen^^.
