Not sure if anyone have heard this song, but it is the best! It's by Hiyama Nobuyuki; the seiyuu of Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho, Hikitsu from Fushigi Yuugi and many others.

I would really really appreciate it if someone had the lyrics to this song! I've always wanted to sing along with it!!

All I caught was a small part in the chorus

"You make me smile higen naru
Kuchi no ai nowaresu
