I'm looking for the name of a older anime Movie I saw as a kid. It's prob pre 1995 or so. I'll include all details I can remember. Thank you very much to anyone who is good enough to figure this out.
-A Boy's family are destroyed in the fathers Lab by an enemy.
-The Boy survives by entering a chamber and putting on an experimental Red Mech Suite.
-...After that, all I can remember is the boy, grown up, Kills all enemies.

The red suite he puts on is small, human size, it isn't like a huge machine...I know it isn't much to go on.
