[Annual Contest] Sig Master 2007 Semi-Finals Results

here are the results. 6 entries will be taken for the finals. The users will be notified by PM about their next final task. I'm not sure when the PMs will be send out since I'm quite busy this weekend, but I will try to send them out until monday.
