Reconsider both Bleach and Naruto, as both the filler arcs are over. Both pretty solid.

• D.Gray-man sans fillers (New arc looks beautiful in animation)

I've read the manga versions of one piece and rurouni kenshin, and i pretty satisfied with that o.o

I kno the filler arcs are done for both, but for bleach, i still believe the gotei 13 arc was better, and for naruto, too lazy :P (Sorta odd aint it)

I also watched lucky star already. Hilarious XD

I think i'll try Melancholy of Haruhi, that seems pretty fun o.o
If that goes down the drain i'll try Gensoumaden, then mebbe slam dunk

Hmm, maybe these animes too...

• Saiyuki
• Yu Yu Hakusho
• Fullmetal Panic
• Getbackers (not the best but still is quite good in some ways)
• Rorouni Kenshin (apparently good, my sister is forcing me to read the manga ^.^;;
• Death Note
• Ouran High School Host Club (I don't know if you're into this type of thing but there is no harm in trying. XD)
• Hunter x Hunter (one of my new recent obsessions)

I don't know if it helped but you'll look into them if you want. I'm not quite sure which type of genre you like so I just chose some that I like.

Have fun watching anime! It sucks for me at the moment. I'm not supposed to be using any electronics for four days, due to a school assignment. Well, I can, like I am now, but we are supposed to avoid it as much as possible. *cries* No anime for a bit for me that means....

1. Hunter x Hunter (I've read the the first volume, thought it was decent)
2. Azumanga Daioh (I've heard it was like school rumble/lucky star :P)

Well Azumanga started a trend of making anime out of 4-koma. Not too many 4-koma get turned into anime because they usually don't have linear storylines.

Some slice of Life anime I liked:
Minami-ke (still airing in Japan)
Maria-sama ga Miteru (really slow storyline but it's interesting if you come to like the characters).
Manabi Straight (short, somewhat funny, in a strange way)

I would strongly recommend Gintama. It's a sci-fi feudal-modern action/comedy/drama/comedy, heck, its simply a great anime. It'll make you laugh hard, and it'll touch your heart in its more serious chapters. The characters are just great. try some piece of Gintama!
