What do call a can of sprite? Soda, Pop, or Coke?

I always say soda, when I hear someone say pop, it sounds so weird.... eh I say soda and soda it shall be lol.

jk, jk, i know what your talking about though, what do you call a can of Pepsi or something like: Soda, Pop, Fizz, stuff like that right? ^_^

well like i said prevoiusly, i just call everything Soda, plain and to the point, cause all the cans that i pick up are classified in that category, might as well say soda

Last year a kid from somewhere North moved to my school. (I live in North GA) So he was talking about a party that he was having and he says, "And I do pop." (As in, he would have soda at his party...I guess) and my whole lunch table went silent. Some other kid looks over and goes, "Your dad?" (Totally being serious) It was sooooo funny. (Maybe that was a had to be there moment though)

Coke, uh, because I do. When I walk into a restaurant and if I want soda (Coca Cola or Pepsi whichever one they have) I always say "coke".

I usually say soda, unless I'm asking for a certain kind. I almost usually always ask for a cherry coke, even if I mean Pepsi. (I dont like coke.) To me coke is like asking for a soda.

haha, I do that exact same thing. I hate coke, but I love pepsi. So I just refer to either as Coke, for some reason. Regardless, my neck of the woods calls it soda, not pop. So yeah...soda.

yup, Soft Drink are the words I'd use to categorize all these fizzy drinks. But when ordering I normally refer to the particular drink itself.
