Ever been obsessed with a certain band, or a type of music?
If so, who were they and why did you grow obessed with them?
My answer would have to be the band Sick Puppies. I have been listening to them for the past week now non-stop. x.x But I just like the way he sings, and I also like the lyrics to the song, they have a great meaning to me.

im obsessed with Metallica, i love their sound, even the new stuff. most ppl will say that they dont (but im a dead hard core fan!! id love them if they sung bluegrass lol) but..mainly i grew obsessed because of the big MIghty Het man..(james hetfield rythm guitars and vocals for those who dont know).. i think hes attractive and his voice..deep..very sexy. they over all are just a really good band to me. that and i have an obession with InuYasha.. i kno i kno..* sighs* i pitty myselft somtimes..^.<
Lacuna Coil - I have every one of their albums and still love to listen to them even after I've had them for a couple of years. That is staying power, my friends, YEARS!!!

USED TO BE my obsession. Fell in love with the song Helena... I don't know, just liked their music a lot because I used to listen to something completely different. Was listening to them for soooo long... months in a row or something.

I had the oppurtunity to see Lisa Furukawa in concert at MechaCon 3.0 a few days ago. It was a fantastic concert, and she played a great set of music. Now, I'm a gigantic fan of hers. I bought a cd after the concert, and have been listening to it nonstop.
It would depend on the song for me.
Oh me, Oh my. I have been listening to Paramore non-stop for about a week and a half. I was over at a friends house and I heard them on someone's myspace. XD So of course I downloaded every song I could find by them when I got home. I like "When It Rains" by Paramore...Wow. Incredible. I adore her voice and I love..Everything about them really. Awsome Band.

Belongs in the "music" thread but my well i guess obsessed well not so much would be interpol.
i have never been obbsessed with a band, but i was obbsessed with the film hot fuzz, i watched it about 7 times in a week, and never got tired of it. i also had a weird obbsession with penguins (don't ask), but i grew out of it.
Kageyama Hirunobu...I was obsessed by his song "Angel".
yes, i am obsessed with the Swedish superstar Nanne. i love the lyrics, the music, and the way she sings.
