Family Guy used to be funny, until they only started making a whole bunch of gay jokes on their show. Since then, I haven't really watched much of it. I NEVER really watched much of the Simpsons, but I really want to.

No, I still think thats off topic..this isnt about whos funnier..whos show has lasted longer or will last longer.. or who has the best rateings..this is about family versus family in an all out brawl. im trying to see which family ppl think is stronger..not more humorus..

i can see your point..but you forget how Peter fights the chicken all the time..ends up on top..so hes pretty tough..stewie..well hes goals are to rule the the world..he has no problem killing ppl that annoy him or that he flat out doesnt like (did we forget the guy in the elevator..the one whos friends were gonna pick him up??)..chris almost killed his teachers husband. so hes not all there..(c'mon he had a talking pimple for a friend and LISTENED TO IT!!)...meg is just nuts since shes the black sheep of the family (taking about pent up anger..)..brian well get him drunk and hell do pretty much anything..and lois used to take karate and she kicked that sexual herassment councelors butt. AND Jennifer Love Hewitt..homer and bart are their only defence..the other 3..maggie marge and lisa..theyer too soft..they wouldnt fight..Family Guy would most definately win.

I agree with the others but Homer is hellof allot smarter than griffen. Heck just me and a friend of mine talked about this the other day and agreed that Homer would defenatly kick griffens ***.

lol yeah okay..so peter isnt all there..but do we forget some of the stupid things homer has done??...practially blowing up the power plant for his lazyness..thats just the thing with homer is that hes lazy..that alone would be reason for them to lose..hed get too tired and reach for a donut and some duff beer.. homer gets drunk and passes out..peter is an irsh man..they get drunk and violent..so..with that said..still the griffens would defintately win..

These shows are created by the same guy. The who created simpsons, Family guy, American Dad and some other show i can't seem to remember are all created by the same guy. lol he really don't care if these shows die or not since he is filthy rich.

But thats beside the point. Simpsons have been going on for decades. But from the looks of it, simpsons are going down hill and would probebly won't last long. Heck i won't be suprised if they stopped making new episodes and continueing airing old episodes. Which i don't doubt while Family Guy will keep on getting new episodes. I highly doubt either one of those two will die out any time soon.

no family guy and american dad were created by seth mcfarlane (i know i buchard his last name probably..) the simpsons and futrurama were created by the same person..though i dont know his name..isnt it matt growing or somthing like that?? oh and Jack of Blades..i dont think youd stand a chance against peter lol j/k ^.<

Simply put, Simpsons would win.

Seth McFarlene[sp?] made Family Guy and American Dad. Matt Groening made Simpsons and Futurama.

What I've noticed is that Family Guy shadows some of the Simpsons' material.

Peter vs. Homer. Peters laugh vs. D'OH! - I say peters laugh wins.
Lois vs. Marge. This is a hard one. I'll go with Marge's hair, she wins.
Chris vs. Bart. Chris is awsome. Bart is pretty cool though. I'm going with Chris though.
Meg vs. Lisa. I cant stand lisa but.. Meg is.. wait.. meg who? ... Lisa wins.
Stuwie vs Maggie. STEWIE IS AWSOME! All maggie does is, SUCK.
Finally,
Brian vs. Santa's little helper. Brian drinks!! And talks!! Santa's little helper does nothing.
