This thread seems interesting. Well, you just have to be nice to people, and try not to be rude and mean, because that will give you bad rep, which those are the red dots. The green dots are for good rep, and that's something good, and the member is giving you a good rep. You just have to stay active, and know what you are going. Make sure in every post, you check your grammar and spelling, and no 1337 talk, and then somebody can think you are interesting. They could possibly give you a reputation point. That's all I could think of now.
