Please help me find out!

Hello,

I have this picture:


And I would like to find the source of it, maybe its not just a fan art. I want to know in which anime this character could appear. I have no idea and found nothing on web.
The things I have already searched are the headphones, that gold cross pendant, the black hair and the red coat or something. Unfortunatly I have only this part and nothing else at all.

Please help me find out who this could be! Or where it could be from!

To be honest I am not quite sure, the anime style seems calm so try searching for a not so "rough and tough" anime, what exactly do you need it for? maybe the title from the anime its from is where you got the picture?

Well I would appreciate ANY information about this because at the moment I only have this. Maybe a title if it really appears in an anime or if someone know the author of it if this would be a fan art or something.

If it is anime,then I would bet that it's from the time when Blue Gender was created,IDK,it just reminds me of that...
But to be honest,I dont think it's anime,I believe that it's just fan art...
But again,I may be wrong,so I'll do a little research,so if I get to know something that may be important,I'll let you know...

It's either fanart or original art, it looks nothing like an anime though. So I believe it is Original Art.
