Help!! Pretty please

I've hunted high and low for a better quality image, but I've found none.

here's the image


I need it resized for use in a 1280 wallpaper (so basically I need it doubled in size) and cos of the quality it will need to be vectored. Elita One is supposed to be pink..The same colour or close to as in this sig

If someone could please do this, I'd like to have it done by the 13th of June..it's for a birthday present and I'd like a bit of time to work on it before the big day.

I'll happily donate points and give rep if that will help.

I can resize it, but I'm afraid I won't be able to vector it... Do you want me to re-size it, and then someone else can vector it? Or maybe that's too much trouble. ^^; If a person can vector, a person can re-size.

I would like to help you out, but my program doesnt eat PNG files.. so if you have it in another file format....Psd or whatever.... I can give it a try...
