Look, if you're trying to make your own avatar so you can use it on here, then go to www.animegalleries.net and click on Upload Picture, upload the picture you want to turn into an avatar, then click on Make Avatar and follow the instructions. It's that simple.

ack they told me you have to meet cetain requirment to make it. like you have to have a certain number of posts or reps and such THATS what im asking...do i meet the requirments to make one

Please try to read the rules and search next time. You could just try and see if you're able to make your own or not without asking anybody. O_o;

You need 125-150 posts.
You need to have been a member for 30-60 days.
And you need 10-50 rep points.

That means no, you can't change. Because your rep power is 7. I'll rep you now so you could change.
