Are you allowed to have a custom avatar? because my options dont have somewhere to upload a custom avatar

actually i think that it's not a dumb question because the forum search results for "avatar", "avatar upload" and things like those are 100+.
want me to read every single post?

if it is a forum policy it should be also placed in proper the FAQ section, which it's not.

so here it goes again... how many posts/time do i need to have to upload my own avatar?

1st - search for "Custom avatar" gives out 58 results and already the second (2nd) result answers your question!

2nd - there is a simple FAQ in the appropriate (aka avatars) section (2 threads, easy noticeable, n00b-proof).

I mean ... how is that hard to find?? Those must be either idiots or extremely lazy to do so >_>;

Just to answer the question, You must have posted at least a total of 150 post (i think) And a specific amount of rep(dont know wether this is true or not)

these are the two faq that mention avatars... guess what... none answers what i wanted to know and [unlimited] gave a straight answer instead of calling others noobs, idiots or lazy.

btw. custom avatar search gives 159 results and the number two has this title "Create a character games"... weird hein.... if it has anything related with that i don't know because the name is not remotely related with what i wanted to know.

maybe my forum is different from what you are looking at...
another thing... you are a chat admin/moderator... try to help once in a while, that's why you're here and not to insult people.

i didn't ask before searching of checking the faqs i did it after and i stated that on my post but still you seem not to understand that.
it's easier to bash that to help i guess...

i still think that it's a bit difficult to find them. they could be replicated in the Site Issues / Questions area.

and the faqs should have that info also in my opinion.

It's more of "Use common sense" than "Should have been easier.
