As an astronomy nerd I had to draw planets.

This is a double planet system, both Earth-like planets orbiting each other. This is what you would see in the night sky of one of them.

This here is simply a gas giant planet. I call it Jovia 1, as scientists call all extrasolar gas giant Jovian planets.

At this point I fail, as you can see this is my crappy and only attempt at a ring planet.

This is as it says, a black hole as it's gravity bends light that passes.

These are more drawings, though this time they're not planets. They're stars, except one picture.


Black hole
This is a black hole devouring a star that strayed too close.

Sun vs star
This is our sun [the tiny yellow dot] compared to a red supergiant.

Nuclear blast
This is the only thing that isn't a star, it's a mushroom cloud resulted from the detonaion of a hydrogen bomb, though H-bombs explode using the same reaction that powers the stars, but stars release energy equal to
millions of these every second.

Red giant
This is the setting of a red giant star which is what the sun will become in 5 billion years.

Pulsar
This is an object called a palsar [a spinning neutron star]. It's only 15 miles in diameter, but is more then 2 times the weight of the sun. It spins about 300 times per second and is the remain of a massive star.

Supernova
This is a supernova. That is when a star two or more times the mass of the sun dies out it explodes as something called a supernova, an explosion so bright it for the moment outshines everything else in the galaxy. This is one of the most energetic outbursts of energy known in the universe, releasing energy equal to untold amounts of H-bombs. Also the green dust is a planet that was orbiting the star, now getting blown away.

Galaxy
As you can tell that is a galaxy [not much really]. This one contains over 100 billion stars and is about 80 thousand light years in length.

I know I still need to work abit on my drawing, especially with the nuclear explosion.
