Legendary Blacksmith

I have a problem. I got the side quest for the legendary blacksmith in Final Fantasy 3 on the DS. After I return the fixed pendant and beat the monster in Cid's basement and get the legendary metal, I can't find her. Can anyone tell me where she is? My reward for valid info is all of my rupees (even though it is not a lot) and good rep. Thanks to anyone who can help.
