Going to sleep is pretty much my answer to everything, even life itself.
If I'm happy I take a nap.
If I'm angry I take a nap.
If I'm sad I take a nap.
If I'm cold I take a nap.
If I'm hot I take a nap.

If I'm superduperific I take a nap.
Moral of this story(Yes, it was actually a story): Naptime is the only solution to put an end to world war and violence in general. Now world hunger is a whole other story...that involves rubber and aluminum foil. Don't ask. <_<

I'll talk to my b/f or one of my other friends about what's stressing me and that helps me to become calm and de-stress.
If no one's available to talk, then a strenuous work-out usually helps.
And there's always sitting down and enjoying a nice cup of hot tea, or hot spiced cider and the company of a good book that work wonderfully well as well.
The punching of pillows only works when I'm angry, not stressed.

I usually discuss the issue with myself silently. When I do that I try to sort the good thoughts from the bad thoughts. When I do that, I try to focus more on the good thoughts that came out of the situation, instead of placing myself in a bad spot, where the location seems hopeless to over come. I sometimes revert to music, but most of the time I will talk or mumble to myself. Another way is I sort the problem out in an organized fashion, and figure out the best solution to counter it. I often question myself, "why be mad over such a pathetic circumstance? No one's life is perfect, and everyone goes through hardships once in a while during their life time?"

My stress reliever? Music, sleeping, or, if it's a really big problem, talking to myself about the whole thing, and trying to sort out how it went wrong, what I should do next, and what I can learn from this experience.

If im frustrated then hitting stuff is always great. Smoking and hash is a big strees reliver amoung my friends and although i admit hash is great to relax you i wouldnt recomend getting stoned every time you get angry.

I usually always sleep it off. Sometimes I listen to music, or just try pushing it away from my mind, later when I remember my problem, it's usually not as big a deal that I thought it was.

Well, beating up my workmates is relieveing enough, but their redundant, perpectual stupidity is what leaves the most stress in my mind. So, at my return i likeley to:
1) I grab my Portable Stereo, put some Lamb Of God on, Max out the Vol and go knocking to every one of my neighbour's door and ask them for more batteries for my Stereo.
OR
2) I go to the beauty salon and get a chest depilation. Hell, sometimes, even my buttocks too. One TTTTTTTEAAARRRR after another. It makes me laugh when i scream.
OR
3) If my neighbours don't answer and the salon is closed, i go to www.animeforum.com and take it out on some poor, unfortunate Moderator or Admin.

Music, a nice hot relax in the whirlpool tub with a good book and a good beer or depending on my mood an Irish coffee. Sometimes I'll have a few glasses of Absinthe, and then a movie or music, all depends and might be assorted combos of these. Always a hot soak in the whirlpool tub I just got near the end of last year, use it or loose it.
