Stress reliever

What is your stress reliever after a long day? Mine would have to be listening to music or just have a quick nap. I've had alot of stress on my back lately.


What is YOUR stress reliever? If you're going to say "punching pillows" then leave, because that's so typical and stupid (solves nothing)

Since I'm the first one to arrive home after a long and stressful day, I have the entire house to myself for several hours. First, I scream and yell profanities while rolling about on the carpet. Second, I eat since I wake up too late in the morning to eat breakfast and skip school lunch for the food is sickening (so after school is my first meal of the day, which is around 3:30). Then I usually jog, maybe 1 1/2 or 2 miles. Jogging and screaming are the best stress relievers.

There are many ways I relieve stress. I listen to music on my Ipod, I watch movies (mostly anime), and I like to read when I am stressed. also sometimes if I go to sleep when I wake up most of my stress is gone. This is how I releve stress.

While striped to your undies. People thought I was weird, but in actuality they're the weird ones for not thinking of it first.

Oh, and splashing in puddles whenever it rains hard enough. I thoroughly enjoy that one.

Obiviously you need to be shown the proper etiquette of cutting yourself with a razor, because you aren't doing it right since you're still alive. It's down the road, not across the street.

And I go out for a jog or angry run to relieve stress...That, or I eat ham. Really, don't ask.
And then sometimes I load of black and white 2, and smite all of my followers...Because i'm their god and have that ability.

Well, I'm a big baby, so I just cry like an idiot. Not tears of sadness, but tears of utterly wanting to kill something. After I'm done, I pick up a pencil and draw weird doodles XD! I try to go on the Internet, or I'll just call a friend. Meh, I'm typical.

im also a baby..i cry for hours whille listening to music..simple plan, or hard black metal. but then i get better, get online and complain to my bf, and he makes me feel special so i would feel much better, and if that doesnt work, i meditate

I beat up refrigerators. Not good for my knuckles, or the fridge, but hey it works. I've stopped doing that though since I got really made a few months ago and fractured my knuckle. Nowadays I usually either bottle it up or yell at walls, only when it comes to that though since I usually will avoid the situation once it becomes overly stressful and just sleep it off.

EDIT:To respond to whomever it was that decided to bad rep me without following their own advice you might want to reread both the begining post as well as my own.

It said punching pillows, and there really isn't anything typical about punching a fridge. I didn't punch anything else just refrigerators, it was rewarding to see the dent and it made me feel better so it also accomplished something. Also if you'll read the last sentence in my post you may find that I actually gave an alternative.

Sleeping, A nice long nap after a hard day of school is very relieving. I also sometimes have Cyber Sex with my GF
