Backspace or Delete?

Which one do you prefer or use more often "Delete" or "Backspace"?

Okay, I use the backspace key. When I make a typo, I just erase everything until I hit the mistake and go forward from there. It's just simpler in my view of things.

It depends on what I'm typing and where the cursor is. If I make a typo, I try to fix it immediately with the 'backspace' key. If I find the typo later, I often highlight it and press the 'delete' key. Sometimes I don't double click fast enough and have to use them both. Other times, it has nothing to do with typos.

I'd say I use the 'backspace' key a bit more and only for the reason that it's bigger on my keyboard (the 'delete' key being very, very tiny) and I'd rather hit that to get rid of a bit of text than the 'printscreen' key which wouldn't be helpful at all. I seem to use them both fairly often enough and I usually am without typos, but find a more eloquent way to state what I've written.

Lately, the typos have been piling up, though. Lack of sleep, maybe?

I never use the delete key when I am typing. o_O; it's always backspace. I try not to send messages with typos... So sometimes I end up using the backspace alot. >.>

When I make a typo, I erase the entire message as a form of punishment for making the mistake and start from the very beginning. Which is why I can't write a complete novel; I write the novel for the most part and then I make a typo on page 200 and then I have to erase the entire novel and start over. It's very hard work. Very troublesome.

I'm using the backspace....most of the time. It happens to hit the Insert key when I'm forcing myself to use the Delete key. Not to mention, that because of the Power, Sleep and Wake buttons (which are so damn near to Delete), I am a convinced user of the Backspace key.

You have power sleep and wake keys on your keyboard? Infidel!

I use Logitech UltraX. The best keyboard ever made, really, it's the keyboard of the gods. Extremely slim and discrete, feels like a laptop keyboard. None of that ergonomical nonsense, with keys angled in all sorts of obnoxious directions. The only downside is the cheesy name.

If I make errors while typing I usually use backspace ... But if I want to correct an already typed sentence/paragraph, then I use delete button.
