Anyway, I like both bands ( from what I've heard of spiderbait ), but James is an awesome frontman/rhythm player. He's really one of the best there is. My vote goes to Metallica.

Edit: The bridge to Black Betty starting at 1:18 to 2:22 is pretty sweet. That's an awesome drum line.

I have heard of Metallica, and Metallica is pretty good! I haven't ever heard of Spiderbait, so I couldn't really judge that one. I'm more of a rock listener, than a heavy metal listener. However, I will listen to heavy metal sometimes. It all depends on my mood though.

Spiderbait I don't like (The only hit they really had was a cover)
and Megadeth own Metallica...
But I guess between Spiderbait and Metallica, I'd say Metallica.
