Why is Bush getting mentioned here? He's not a famous person, he's the President! It's more like just being known then being famous.

Being known is pretty much the same thing as being famous. Fame means that you are known by many people.

While on the topic of Politics, I'd like to make a George Carlin quote:

So, basically, if a politician is stupid/cannot do their job well, we cannot say anything against them because, heck, we're as lame as they are just for being in the same country? No.. just a plain no.

As for I hate out of all famous people... Paris Hilton and whoever is out there following her drunken footsteps (e.g. Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, just anybody else, famous or not) They all make me want to gag.
