Never mind I take back what i said earlier. I would use the bomb to threaten the coutry and make them succumb to it. But i would use it as a distraction from all of my biological weapons. So then i would realease the bio's everywhere and then shoot the bomb some where. Maybe like the polar ice caps and cause global flooding. Sweet.

Ha ha ha i would probably detonate it as soon as i get it, blowing myself up with everyone else(Alot of people now-a-days need to be killed ). Or maybe hold the US Governmet hostage and force them to give me all the weapons and military equipment i can get my hands on!
