How do you release your anger?

It's hard to get me angry, but once i am, i kick the furniture, scream at random things and i take quite a while to settle back down again.
I seldom take my frustration out on people, other than teh ones that caused it.

When I'm angry, I go to my room and put Resident Evil 4 in my Gamecube, then I take out my Chicago Typewriter and start shooting everything that gets in my way.
I know it isn't the best way to release your anger but its better than taking it out on others.

When I get angry I usually just sit in bed and read..Its so hard to stay angry when reading a good book. If by chance there are no books lying around, well, I usually bang on stuff or get all sarcastic.

It's true...just not real people. I punch, slice, or cast a ferocious spell on my opponents in videogames! Or...sometimes I just play with my DS dogs.

It depends on how angry I am, but I usually just go where no one else is (if at all possible) and I don't talk to anyone. If I'm at home, I listen to music in my room.

Breathing fire, that doesn't sound good xD. On how I read a book. I just sit myselft down, force myself to concentrate on the words, and eventually the anger just kinda dissappears as I get into the story. You should try it sometime, works wonders.

i have alot of pent up rage so i regurly(sp) punch the hell out of my punching bag and listen to hard rock music...its fun the stuffing is all falling out of it i scream and curse at it i also break sticks on it......it freaks the nighbores(sp) out to hear me curseing and screaming hehehe im usally such a good girl too....but if i had to i could beat the **** out of someone if i needed to...i even have i good few peole in mind mwahahaha fun ^.^;;;;

Music (when I'm upset, Pantera is very effective), comedy, video games, angry rampages, reading, sleeping, and talking to friends. The most effective would be being around my girlfriend, she cheers me up.

I put myself into solitude and do something that can't hurt anyone else, so that the anger can just build up and let itself out. That way everybody is happy.

I usually dont release my anger. But when I do its usually through words, growling or gritting my teeth, but I dont really consider teeth- gritting to be a form of release.

Edit: oh yeah fighting games are also great for letting off some steam. I've done that on occasion.

Actually...come to think of it...usually just gainging up on one person in Final Fantasy Tatics Advanced and repeatedly beating them with a staff is pretty satisfying...that or pushing down the mechs of opposing teams in the IGPX PS2 game so that the metal grates against the cold, hard track.

I run my self into the ground. It's a figure of speach. You run until you get a bit out of breath, I run (in anger) as fast as I can until my vision gets blurry. Because at that point I am too tired to do or say anything stupid as a result of that anger.
Mind you, it is very difficult to get me angry. Annoyed, sure. Angry, rarely.

I like avoiding as many things that i like... unless it's something thats so steadfast at being beautiful that i become mezmerized... chatting with certain friends sometimes works... but once i start complaining about my mood or situation... i have to do something else... drawing usually peeves me more cuz when i try to do a sketch it usually looks crumby and i wanna drive my pencil down the page... [sometimes do]

I find painting REALLY helps... esp abstrack stuff... cause nothing has to be perfect when it's surreal!!
