One food for a year

There is very few foods that you could survive on as a single food source for a whole year. In other words, you need variation, unless you fancy bad cases of a number of deficiency-related ailments.

So you need something that you could vary a lot. Like pizza. I'm not 100% on this, but I think you might be able to survive on pizza if you vary the topping sufficiently... and excercise alot.

Easy....Subway. Can't get anything else cause it would probably get me too fat or have a heart attack by then. With eating this I would surely get the nutrients I need I'm sure...I hope >>;. Eck! Plain water is not good all through the year so how about flavored sparkling water yuummm^^;

i'd want strawberries or watermellon. something yummy like that and i've never got tired of eating fruit and stuff.

I was going to say masala potatoes, but that's not really one type of food... it's a meal, so it's lots of types of food mixed together! *goes slightly crazy*

Coconut is yum too though...

And I don't really want to find out how I would feel after eating one year just tortellini...

Chicken? I had nothing but chicken for two weeks. And then I threw up the next time I tried to keep some "chicken" down. Not a wise choice.

Chicken Fried Rice. Yep, find a way to sneak some fruit in there and you may just be able to survive off of it. Just to be safe, can I throw in a few multi-vitamins?

Hmm, I think probably stir fry, cos then you can have different combinations of stuff. Plus I basically eat stir fry everyday already... >;D

I would have to say.... Ramen, whether it be instant or not. BECAUSE it's awesome stuff and it has water along with it so I wouldn't die of not having water
