new metal vs. old metal

Metal is Metal man, plain and simple. If it's great, it's great, if not, then it isn't so great. I can say there were alot more bands that put out great music back in the day, nowa day's it's went down to a trickle. But hey, there are some good bands out there.

Others transcend though...on that note...

New or Old its all good....But for skill etc Every thing seem better with the Older say mid 70s to late 80s metal ^_^

if you mean new metal as in Nu metal, then definitely old metal. Nu metal is just the same thing everytime.
