have a question about the name of an anime plz help

does anybody remember an anime like about some kid who goes around killing pepole with a golden baseball bat?? he rollerblades and theres a little pink dog too, im just wondering i want to do some resaerch on it, but i cant remeber the name XP.........hmm plz post or pm it would be much helpful thnx i think it had agent in the name but like i said i cant remember
